Vivian was nice and helpful to work on my Expedition , My Handicapped son even remembered her name , so that is saying something.

They hit us with PermaPlate and Lojack extra charges of thousands as mandatory that was not advertised in the price so we felt they were ripping us off. We negotiated those fees down somewhat but it was a scam! I won't ever go back trhere.

I received a friendly phone call and email message and spoke to them in person at the dealer .... too late.

We had agreed on everything. I was already on my way to buy the car, and then they wrote to me that they had sold it to someone else. That was simply the worst thing I could have heard.
