Yes, this dealership is Beautiful, really nice! Our experience started off with Salesman Ross calling us with great Intention to have us come in. The tour experience was great, Ross was really cool & transparent & this dealership has plenty of options on the lot; there is certainly a family feel in the workers and I know that they look out for one another. Also, Jamen, Madison, and Nick were apart of the process as well & all were patient with us, while giving us quality information during our car buying process that led to our decision making in purchasing from here.I did not get the car that I was initially viewing on carguru; however, I got something better! Jet auto had/tried to sell me a 2016 BMW 740i that was smoking and running hot. I kept asking was anything wrong with the car before picking it up and they said NO! On the way to pick up my car, DJon calls me and says take my time, go get some food cause the car was being serviced. But me being me im like yea OK but I went straight to Jet auto cause why wasnt this done before hand. I will never recommend anyone to go there. They is not honest when it comes to business

Did not give me correct vehicle to drive. Mis represented down payment on phone. Unprofessional when arrived at dealership.

Chad is amazing and super friendly. He made the entire process easy to understand and very comfortable. He was straightforward and honest throughout, and the car was in good condition, just needed a bit of maintenance. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely buy from him again.
