I drove four hours to look at a vehicle, and they failed to mention that the vehicle had been wrecked so bad that both airbags had deployed, and the top of the steering wheel was dented in. The bed of the truck had been dented into the cab. When I started the vehicle, it threw three errors that both rear doors were ajar and there was an error with the rear parking break. It was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had trying to buy a vehicle.

Took 1 month for title to come in, sold car without detail. Said they would send a mobile detailer and never did. Love the car but will never go back there again. Not to mention, if you need their financing, quickly refinance. GAP is an additional fee, not the case where I refinanced.

Responded promptly to my inquiries. Looking forward to getting a car from them soon.

Forthright and congenial. Knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process for purchasing since we came from another state. It was quick and easy. They stayed in contact with us and had a good rapport.
