After three emails, they sent a general information email. No follow up

bait and switch operation. they did not want to honor the listed price. They put all sorts of conditions to get to that price and even when I did met all of them they greatly undercut my trade, fudged the numbers to the point where a worksheet showed 41k price with 11k for my trade and the out the door still being 40K. bait and switch

My experience was great. From the salesman to the finance manager, everything went smoothly. My only complaint, and it’s a small one was the vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned. Other than that it was one of the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever had.
