I had an amazing experience at Key Hyundai of Manchester getting into my brand-new Hyundai Elantra. My salesperson, Elvin, was fantastic—genuinely kind, attentive, and never pushy. Even while helping multiple customers, he made sure I never felt ignored or unvalued. He really knows his cars, and when he didn’t have an answer right away, he quickly found it. No gimmicks, no “mystery” dealership fees—just honest, straightforward help. The finance manager, Kane, was equally impressive. I got the usual run-through of financing, but he wasn’t aggressive or overbearing. Instead, he was considerate, patient, and made the process feel easy. It was a complete 180 from my experiences at other dealerships. 12/10—highly recommend this team if you want a stress-free, respectful car-buying experience.

Outstanding customer service. I was very happy with the overall experience. The staff responded quickly and maintained open communication via texts and calls, answering any questions and checking in regularly. They were also very polite and not at all pressuring.

Walked in..no pressure by sales rep……Sales rep -Sean was personable, not pushy on selling vehicle but more interested to have me look and be able to price on my terms….. there was no hassle and expectation to buy that day…..I recommend this dealership and sales rep first name is Sean… I bought from this dealership…

F & Z Motors, LLC is #1 in my book! They put ALL OTHER car dealers to ”Shame!” Seriously, Fiaz and Zaheer are Truly HONEST “Used Car Dealers” (if ever there could be any.) They were up front and transparent about literally EVERYTHING and made sure anything that was not right with the vehicle (really not much, just minor stuff), was corrected before I purchased. They are very Professional, very Knowledgeable, very Patient and best of all…Very Kind. It is getting harder and harder to find Good Humans in this world these days. I truly can not say enough good things about these guys. I drove 100 miles (2 Hours each way) for this purchase and I would do it again if I ever need another pre-owned vehicle.
