A most pleasant experience buying my car from Mercedes-Benz of Winston Salem! Conner was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule from the first time we spoke on the phone! All the staff were very friendly when visiting the dealership! The car was detailed perfectly and ready when we test drove and also when we bought the car! This dealership will not sell their vehicles at the advertised price. They add some ridiculous fees that add up to approximately $10,000. I have checked on several vehicles here and they are all the same. I tried to pay cash and they added an additional fee for not financing through them.
