Very good customer service

This dealership needs to get their act together. Too much run around on the phones and no one seems to know which location cars are actually at. Too many transfers and very poor customer service on the phone and in person. Scheduling bot texted me a test drive time for 1p today but the car wasn’t there or ready.

Actual asking price is 23995. there is a dealer surcharge that is not easily available on the site of $4000. Very misleading! Initially was told they did not have a Car Fax report. Did some additional research and found out the vehicle was in a collision and had to be towed. It was driven an additional 500 miles over the next 12 months. Then suddenly the Car Fax report appeared. Horrible experience!

Nice selection of vehicles, solid prices, and really good down payment options. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I recommend.
