Dealerships near me (Claxton, GA)

The dealer sold the vehicle I was interested in before I even got a chance to check it out. They never contacted me to let me know. I was on my way to the dealership which is 2.5 hours away. I’m glad I followed my mind and called even after being half way there. I will never attempt to do business there!!!

JC Lewis deserves 10 stars. Staff was very professional and had amazing customer services. They responded within 30 minutes to my request and I was able to book an appointment that worked around my schedule.

Bounced from one salesperson to another 30 minutes before I was set to arrive. New salesman did not even know in which vehicle I was interested, and immediately asked if I might be interested in another vehicle. I explained I was only interested in the one car that I had called about. Then the salesman tells me that that car actually doesn’t exist on the lot. I told him I knew it did because I had seen it on the lot and actually was able to look inside of it because the door was unlocked. He asked around and somebody told him it was in the service department getting ready for sale. After getting off the phone with the salesman I got back in touch with the first sales person I was speaking with, and told her that I was not very comfortable working with the other salesman and that before even knowing which car I wanted, he tried to put me into something else. She lied and told me that’s because he knew it had a “serious safety issue”. I canceled my appoint and never followed up.
