I ended up buying. 2021 gmc Sierra 3500 HD DRW . Low mileage and an excellent deal. Will Simpson was a great salesman. He didn’t rush me or push the sale on me

Scheduled appointment with dealership and gave the stock number for the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. The vehicle sold before our appointment which is totally fine but they didn’t bother to reach out to us and let us know the vehicle we were interested in was sold. Had it not been for us checking the car gurus listing before leaving and seeing that it was gone we would have wasted over 4 hours worth of round trip driving for nothing.

The car would not start , you had to twist two wires together to make windshield wipers work. The car looked and sounded like it was ready for the salvage yard.

The experience with the Family First team was amazing. No pressure , no pushy salesman and no nonsense. Sarah reached out and offered the information requested , answered all questions and understood I wasn’t quite ready to buy yet. I haven’t bought a vehicle yet but the way they’ve interacted with me was so different than the other dealerships that sure enough when I’m ready to purchase my vehicle, I will be going back to see them.

When I first arrived at the dealership. They was extremely nice. I was overwhelmed. How helpful they were. Finance was awesome as well. I recommend anybody who’s looking for a vehicle. Definitely check them out. You’ll be glad that you did.
