Had some service items come up during the 10 day cooling off period that CarMax provided excellent service for. Easy transaction, just had paperwork to sign. Of course, I knowingly overpaid for this Bronco, as CarMax vehicles prices are always high relative to other dealers. But you pay for the ease of the transaction.

Samir was wonderful to work with. It was a very straightforward and professional experience. From test drive, to purchase, to driving it off the lot it took me two hours.

I’ve been contacted multiple times about a Tesla Model 3 I was interested in, so I decided to come see it in person. Before heading over, I called to let them know I was coming. Arin told me to come “anytime” between 4:00–4:30. Shortly after that call, I received a text saying I had a 4:30 appointment scheduled, which I never specifically asked for, but I didn’t think much of it. I arrived a little early and parked right out front. I spent time looking at the 7 and 8 Series vehicles and didn’t see anyone outside. I then walked into the showroom, which was nearly empty. I saw someone at a desk (who I was later told was the manager), but no one acknowledged me. I went back outside, looked over the car I inquired about, and then sat inside it for over an hour. No one approached me. That’s honestly crazy considering how much outreach I received beforehand. I eventually had to walk back inside and ask for help myself. I’m very so sad

Very disappointed with my experience here. Even with an appointment, my sales person was too busy to assist… and then when I went back to buy the car, their finance system was down. I literally gave up and found a better car elsewhere.

They don't offer ANY warranty unless to purchase one. No 30, 60,90 days warranty with purchase. Won't do business with any business that won't warranty their products w/o even a short warranty.

Communication was a breeze!

If l found the right car for me, l wouldn't hesitate to buy from him.

I was working with yaro the Internet manager. While he tried to reply to every emails in a friendly manner" by saying I hope your having a great day" I had to call him because he wouldn't answer my specific questions in the emails. Then when I called he put me on hold. Then never return and said the salesman we were working with "Boris " would give me a call back. It's been a week since we looked at the vehicle and no call back or email communication from him or anyone else. Poor communication and customer service from this dealership. Would have liked to buy the car.
