Scheduled an appointment to see the car and showed up on time, only to be told it had been borrowed and they had no idea when it would be back. Completely wasted my time. Very unprofessional.

The salesman I dealt with at Honor Buick called me to discuss the Traverse. He said it was available but instantly tried to talk me into a Nissan Sentra. Throughout the process I told him I wanted the Traverse because I had just lost my car and my roommate. I need to finance with little down. He wanted me to finance a higher priced car so his pocket would reflect the sale. As he continued to try and sell me the Nissan after I repeatedly told him what I wanted to buy, the Traverse, he said after a brief hold it was not available. I see it is still on the website after around two weeks gone by. Remove it if it's sold and don't be so self involved with the cash that you want in your pocket.

Advertised price on multiple platforms was not honored by the dealer. Told me it was a mistake by a third party. Price was listed on dealer website with discount to MSRP. When I inquired I was told it was incorrect.
