My experience was horrible. I received a call saying that the truck was available. I got there I was greeted by my salesman Kaiden. He showed me the truck and gave me a little backstory about it. When it comes down to the numbers, they tried to sneak the $20,000 markup in, and if I never asked what it was for he was never going to tell me. After that fiasco, they ran my credit but couldn't pull my co-signer's credit, well me and my co signer do not have the same address on our credit file. I tried to explain that to him and he proceeded to tell me that it shouldn't matter. So long story short I never purchased the overpriced truck. Thank goodness I did not; I would rather use a $20,000 sum somewhere else instead of adding dead equity to a truck, all because I can't wait until October for the truck to be released.

The process was quick and easy. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. Great mileage and decent price point.

Anne (Sales) and Fernando (Finance) were wonderful to work with. I came into the dealership after Anne reached out not knowing what to expect. After my initial test drive, Anne started working with me and cut all the typical dealership rigamorole to ensure she and her sales Mgr met all my needs and I got what I was asking for, they worked on the numbers, got me approved and sent me off to financing with Fernando- he worked to get me the best rates, included goodies that I didnt expect and did it all under the price o was expecting- will gladly be coming back for more business.

They were very helpful by text and phone but we found a good deal in Dallas before going to Greenville to test drive.
