Great buying experience!

Had both Mary Greene and Hubert (as the actual sales man) help me through my first time buying process. Purchased my 2018 Elantra and they were able to work with me on adding a warranty into my payments and still make it reasonable for me. Much bless to those at Hoover for the great experience

Good to work with but starting point was saying internet price wasn’t accurate because they doubled rebates and it was on third party. Eventually got close to what I was looking for but needed to play the negotiation game.

My salesman Jon was very helpful and went the extra mile to meet my needs. If I was going to purchase another vehicle, he would be my choice.

Dealership refused to tell me the total price of the vehicle despite multiple attempts asking. Cargurus wants me to update my review, I'm not sure what more you want from me. I asked several times for the dealership to give me a total price on the vehicle with all fees and addons and the dealership flat out refused to do so. People should know this information if they are considering buying from this dealership.

This group was great from start to finish. Checked on availability before making the 65 miles trip and when we arrived the car was out front and the sales lady had it cooled down. Made the deal, arranged financing, had the car quick washed and we were on the road home with the vehicle within about 2 hours. No pressure and a great team!!
