Everyone I spoke to was very nice and very helpful. Bailey was awesome, he answered all my questions, and was happy to show me how to use different features on the vehicle. I had more questions after I got home, and he responded quickly with emails and phone calls. All in all, it was a great experience, and I absolutely love my new Jeep!

The the salesman was great I’m no ready to purchase right now not at that price.

Enjoyed the people that we worked with, just wish there was more transparency from the beginning. The car guru listing caught our attention, we went in and mentioned the post that we had seen and discussed the price. No mention was made of the fact the price we saw included a trade in and financing through the dealership. I didn’t see the fine print and it was never explained to me. Very frustrating!

We were there for a long time with no communication. I almost left because of this. My trade in amount was very low and they are reselling it for a $10,000 profit. After 2 weeks I finally got the paperwork that I signed. Nothing was gone over with us about the vehicle. I had to call another dealership about some of the programs that came with it because they couldn’t answer them.

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.
