I bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz and the transmission and the door handle and multiple problems with it the next day I didn't even have it 24 hours I haven't had my car and three and a half weeks and it's been sitting in the shop I've been told it was covered and they still haven't finished the paperwork on my car the BMW 2011 does not start

salesman was nice however the dealership clearly has more cars than it can sell. Car looked to have been sitting for many months. Left disappointed.

Car was dirty and they hadn't gone through it and topped off the fluids. The mileage advertised wasn't the actual mileage on the vehicle. Hydraulic fluid was below the low line. The check engine light was on. It was my son's first experience buying a car and we got a 10.99% interest rate with a credit score in the 830's.

I’ve been trying to buy this vehicle for weeks I have money down plus preapproval all I asked for was an up to date video to verify the vehicle was there due to other peoples experiences with them. All I received was a credit application and the same video they have posted I never received out the door numbers on the vehicle.At the end of the day I have never in my life begged a dealership to sale me a car that’s crazy. I should have simply called salesman could have ran out shot quick video sent it gave me the numbers and sold me the vehicle I don’t understand what so difficult about that all my vehicles I’ve bought went just that smooth. I hope they get it together and change some things. The people I spoke to were very friendly.

Poor communication, wouldn’t take deposit. Bad flexibility, sold car while I was on the way to purchase. I found a better deal on a better car with a better dealership and staff. it was meant to be!
