Process was fast but I understand why now. Trying to sell you the car as fast as possible. Do your due dilligence. Take it on the freeway etc. Look at their reviews. I did but made sure to get a warranty through them. Im going to make sure the vehicle is throughly driven and make sure everything is up to standard. 1 day after purchase intook it up towards big bear(Mountains) as I was coming back down I noticed the rotors were shot. Got it inspected and yup. Brakes/Rotors need service and replacement. Rotors were out of spec(Wrong Size for truck). They also noticed damage that I missed to the front end. Im no professional, their mechanics are or are supposed to be at least. Thats the law. Even with "As is " or used vehicles. California has strict laws regarding safety of the vehicle’s being sold. That doesn't trump our rights as consumers. I will be getting a complete inspection of it again.

On the phone every staff member were very knowledgeable And extremely helpful.

Do not buy from Harbor Garden Grove Kia. They tried to rip me off with extremely high pricing. They quoted me $49,000 for a new EX, and they were not willing to negotiate or make any deals at all. It seems like this dealership prefers to hold onto their cars instead of offering fair prices, which may be why they have so much inventory sitting on the lot. I decided to go to Kia of Van Nuys instead, and I was able to purchase the same vehicle for almost $5,000 less. That shows how overpriced Harbor Garden Grove Kia really is. I strongly recommend that people shop around before buying from this dealership. In my experience, the pricing was unreasonable and the customer service was not helpful. Be careful and compare prices with other Kia dealerships before making a decision.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this dealership because the salesman Mike Esquer lied to me. I told him I was driving 3 hours to see a car I wanted to buy, and I specifically asked if I would be required to purchase any extra accessories. He made it very clear that everything was optional and that I would not have to buy anything extra. When I arrived, I was ready to purchase the car—until his sales manager Roxy came over and suddenly raised the total from about $24,000 to $27,000. She told me I HAD TO buy the LoJack system, which was $1,400, in order to purchase the vehicle. I told her, in front of Mike Esquer, that he had told me on the phone that no extra purchases were required. They didn’t care at all. This dealership uses dishonest tactics just to get you in the door and pressure you into paying more than you should. I got up and left, and I would not recommend anyone buy from a dealership as unprofessional and misleading as this one.

It's hard to write anything positive when the dealer doesn't even respond to your inquiry. I don't actually know if the car was ever available. And so it goes.... This dealership just continues the stereotype of auto dealerships. How sad.
