Dealerships near me (Chicago Ridge, IL)

we have been emailing back and forth. They have answered my questions. I received a text about discounts on certain cars. When asked about the discounts, they said the car I was interested in was not one of the cars. I did receive and out the door price. It was the same price as listed plus fees and taxes. No additional discounts.

The dealer never came outside to let me see the car wanted me to come in. I’m handicap. Didn’t wanna walk that far. If I did not like the appearance of the car, he was very rude. Wouldn’t go back there again.

This is my exact experience, completely honest in how it went down. I see this car listed on cargurus, I contact the dealership by phone ar 10:36 am on 9/24/25. I get in contact with a salesman, really wish I would have written their names down but unfortunately I didn't. I ask the salesmen if the vehicle is still available. He says, yes it is! And asked me what time i would like to come see it. I inform him that I work until 2pm and it would take me about an hour and a half to get there. Say's no problem, we'll have it ready for you to come see. 2 pm I called again before i made the 1.5 hour trip to verify that the car was still available. Salesman says, yeah we got it here waiting for you come on in. I say okay, be there in around 3:30. Salesman says, great! It will be here! I get there and I'm greeted with a handshake and a oh sorry we just sold it. Then they proceed to try and show me a clapped out rusted CRV and a pos Chrysler 200. Very unprofessional, bad internal communication.
