This vehicle was new there ad stated it had 4 miles but it actually had 1900, the scan sticker on there site to see what options was on the vehicle didn’t match that vehicle when I got there. No purchase was made

acceptible in most areas, but the really glaring dealership shortfall was the auto arrived with a totally unkempt interior, especially per deeply soiled/stained carpeting and wornout floormats. auto had never been vacuumed or prepped at all interior wise. Very frustrating and disappointing!

The dealer's assistant quickly contacted me and was very helpful and open in answering my questions, not pushy at all. My wife and I did drive from Michigan to Chicago and bought the van. The transaction was smooth and easy, and the dealer with his assistants took time to explain various aspects of the vehicle and to fix a minor problem. I certainly would recommend this dealer and would buy from him again in the future.

I really wanted to look at the car and ask if there was a way that we could get them to drive or meet me , and they said no.

They are thugs and Liers.. Very disappointed with my experience at CDJR Chicago. Before purchasing my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, I specifically asked if the hybrid battery would be covered. They sold me a CPO Wrap warranty and told me it was covered, but when I contacted Allstate, I was told the hybrid battery is NOT covered. I also found damaged parts that had been patched with duct tape, despite the vehicle supposedly passing a 210-point inspection. The van was sold without a spare tire or tire repair kit, which raises concerns about their inspection process. Customer service disappeared after the sale. Once they have your money, they don’t seem interested in helping.

I went there and worked with Dede or Cece, I believe. She was very nice, but unfortunately I was shown the incorrect car. I fell in love with the first car I was shown and was ready to buy if it was within my price range. After the test drive, I was told the car was $30,000, which was completely out of my budget. When I was finally shown the correct car, it wasn’t for me because it had too many flaws. I came all the way from Racine, WI ready to purchase a car if I found the right one at the right price. We looked at about five cars, but none impressed me like the first one. I was very disappointed because I truly thought I had found my car. Sadly, I left without purchasing anything. I just wish the correct vehicle had been shown to me from the beginning.
