The whole team was fabulous. The only draw back was the pushy document person who didn’t want NO for an answer and when I got home and was inspecting the whole interior there was about 10 pounds of dog hair under all the seats.

No communications none whatsoever, I was told I was approved and I could pick up my vehicle the next day because the bank was closed. And the next day I sent documents and then nothing at all. I called several times and nobody was available and I kept getting unclear answers. But my credit inquiries are still on my credit. I’m beyond upset. Talking about they was so busy helping other people like I don’t matter. Like I’m a customer just like they are.
