Allen Tillery is the most honest and straightforward new and used car dealership in Hot Springs. Dicky was awesome from the start. He made the process quick easy and so smooth. The price they list for their vehicles is actually the price you pay! The only addition is a $109 service and processing fee!! I appreciate their honesty and transparency and I would highly recommend this dealership and it's staff for all of your car buying needs. I bought this RDX that day and I love it! Already went on a road trip to CA ..and it did great!

Worked out a price well in advance. Stated my intentions. Have time i would be at my financial institution. Fit a 100k loan ah approved. Then...... couldn't get anyone and i mean anyone to help me finalize the deal. Everyone"busy" we're sorry over and over. Excuse after excuse. Then after I was fed up with the run aound.... more we're sorry and excuses. Don't waste your time. 100000 deal and i was treated like I was buying a large fry at McDonald's!!!!

Eddie was the salesman who helped me, and he is great. I reached out a week before I was able to come in, he answered all the questions he was able to and got back to me with the questions he didn’t know. He followed up with me throughout the week and was very helpful when I was finally able to get there. I was not excited about trading in my car, but he understood that I was having trouble letting go of my old car and gave me some time to really think through it. Since purchasing, he has followed up with me daily about a few things they agreed to, to help with the sale. They were very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another car for a very long time, but I’ll be revisiting them for my next purchase.
