Chevrolet dealerships near me (Yucaipa, CA)

Bait and switch. They added on $4900 of additional fees on top of the advertised price. They refused to take them off. They advertised the price low to get you in the door and jack up the price. I even called 2 days later to see if they would work with me on removing the extras they wanted to charge me. Their sales manager said he would give me $2000 off the price. When he sent over the paperwork he only took off $1700. Im done with their games. I will not return to Diamond Chevrolet of Banning. I took my business elsewhere and got an even better truck for the true advertised price.

Price described in CarGurus ad was not the sales price. $55,625 listed and actual $71,345 (or possibly more). Sales person never returned phone calls/emails so I called to speak with someone else. Next person didn't have any idea about the vehicle in question. Then went on to describe the pricing for additional equipment was in the description of items. Definitely set up as a bait and switch. Will never deal with Tom Bell again.

Verified with cargurus that the price and availability was accurate but never received any communication back from the dealership. When I called the dealership they claimed the price was a “boo boo”. I believe this practice of advertising vehicles with a low price to gain interest is illegal. Very unprofessional.

Straightforward and great communication. Our salesman was great. Bought daughter her first car here at great price. No complaints other than financing rate was high for credit score we have but apparently it was because of low amount financed. Other than that no complaints. Good coffee machine as well.
