Chevrolet dealerships near me (Ypsilanti, MI)

Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing experience. We spoke directly with an employee who confirmed that the car we were interested in was available and told us we could come see it at 3:00 PM. We arranged our day around this appointment, only to receive a text from another employee at 2:30 PM saying the vehicle had actually been SOLD THE NIGHT BEFORE. How does a dealership not know that a vehicle was sold the previous night before telling a customer it is available and having them make plans to come in? This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of communication and organization among the staff. Our time was completely wasted because we were given inaccurate information that easily could have been verified beforehand. If this is how potential customers are treated before even purchasing a vehicle, I would be very hesitant to trust this dealership with an actual sale. Very poor customer service, and I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience.

It was great, and simple

I would say overall the communication was great. However I thought the price was a bit high for a vehicle that's 16 years old with almost 100,000 miles on it. I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle but not at that price with the mileage that it has.

Great bunch of guys Austin Zach and every one I deal with were top notch. The buying process was scary smooth. Awesome team
