I sent a representative to the dealership and his feedback about their customer service was great. I eventually purchased the vehicle. I hope to deal with them again and again.

I was approved at this dealership after Carguru said I was approved for a certain vehicle. I had a phone appointment scheduled..made sure I was off from work in time for this said phone call and they never called. They texted about a cosigner the next day and once I replied with that information, we were ghosted again. I guess when the salesman realized he wasn't getting a fat commission, he wasn't bothered to even respond. I THEN responded to an email they sent with these above complaints..and NADA. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL

Emailed about the vehicle in the morning. Got a response in the afternoon after they raised the price by $5,500. Asked multiple times if they would honor the earlier price and they responded completely ignoring my question.

The staff made buying a car fun! They were very friendly and helpful.. I enjoyed my experience.

The credit application was denied but nobody ever got back to us to let us know our credit reports were frozen and ask us to remove the freeze from our credit reports. We didn’t know they were frozen till another dealer asked us to go in and remove the freeze, which we did and were approved for a car loan instantly.
