I searched my next new vehicle for over 6 weeks, visited multiple dealers and shops. The courtesy and professionalism at Stone Chevrolet was superior, the Sales person (Joel Alvarez) was very knowledgeable about the cars offered by them, which you might take for a given when visiting a dealer, but that to we was proven not true in most cases. Not hidden fees, they would give you the final price upfront. We close the deal, and the purchase was processed very smoothly. I would buy again from them.

Best service ever!

The person who contacted me confirmed that the carfax was clean and that they would would negotiate the asking price if I drove to Reedley from Fresno. Once there, they informed me there was a damage history on the truck that they neglected to tell me about on the phone. The sales lady also said the internet price was as low as they could go, so we left dismayed. Also, the $100 deposit that we left was not credited back to our account for over a week. They were very interested in me to buy a 2021 black Trail Boss and they sold it the morning I was headed there to buy it. After that they quit replying to me and dropped me like a hot potato.

The car listed on Car Gurus isn’t even available. This is frustrating since it appears to be a great deal, good pics posted of the car but when I called to inquire about seeing it I was told it’s going through service check and it’s not able to be shown. After waiting all weekend to hear if we can now see it I was finally told it had an issue that they’re unsure if it’s worth fixing. Then don’t list the car for sale!! It’s still showing today, this was yesterday. Very, very misleading!
