I seen the gladiator on car gurus and was able to see it without an appointment. Was able to get a quote by phone quickly and received a firm quote which made my decision to buy. Went to the dealership the next day and made my purchase quickly. The staff was very much wanting to be helpful and make customers happy.

I had a real good experience with Hobson Chevrolet. I did not purchase the car on my first trip to the dealership. I did not feel pressured to do so. The next day, I called Bubba(salesman). I let him know I wanted the car. The purchase went smooth. I spent very little time waiting to sign my financial paperwork. Very pleased with my car and the staff at Hobson Chevrolet.

I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. I do appreciate these things but when trying to figure out why my auto stop/start system is a fail, I felt they kinda just sent me on my way and finally gave me the name of a mechanic who takes the extended warranty I purchased but all this means is I'll be without a vehicle while it's in the shop. i was told the vehicle was taken to Jacksonville and the driver said it was good but I really doubt that. there's no way that light didn't come on for that person so they should've had this taken care of before selling it
