The agent I spoke with was very helpful and prompt, and this situation may have been completely out of his control, but we eneded our correspondance with me being very frustrared and dissapointed. I had an appointment to look at a car... that we had already negotiated the price on. They ended up selling the car less than 24hrs before my appointment without even contacting me.

They ran my credit score and cost me points. The vehicle was already sold when they ran my credit for that vehicle. So not happy with them. Then they was trying to sell me another truck that was more expensive . August 22 I contacted the dealership inquiring about a Toyota Tacoma. The salesman said fill out a credit application. I did that. This was around noon time. Come to find out the truck I was inquiring about had been sold that morning. I was told by another salesman. If I knew that in the first place I would have never filled out the credit application
