Rating less than one star. Dealer called to make an appointment to view vehicle but when I got there it was not ready to view and still was not an hour later so left and told them I was very unhappy. Was told I needed an appointment as this vehicle was in high demand, but I think that was a sale gimmick / lie. I let them know I would NEVER recommend them. I wanted to pay cash but was told I needed to pay $ 1,000 more than the displayed price unless financed and plus pay them $ 500 for a trade-in. They said I did not read the fine print and that this is standard. I would never have gone if I knew these things as it took 3 hours of my time and 60 miles.

Bait and Switch They add errors the lowest price on Car Guru and then then tag on 3500 dollars worth of freight and processing charges Complete non- transparent pricing to invite views and test drives .

Called regarding car. Set up appt but bought locally. They have responded to me several times.

Drove 40 mins to see the car and the car want there. Went inside and asked to speak to somebody. Waited 20 mins without anybody talking to us so we left
