Sales staff, great. Finance, poor. Never, ever returned my calls or texts.

I made a trip from Midland TX by the time I got there they sold the vehicle and I was never called or communicated that it was sold till I arrived.

The communication from this dealership is close to nonexistent and if you need repairs on your vehicle after limited warranty is expired…they will go out of their way to not get it back to you in a timely manner. And, if you need help navigating an issue with General Motors, don’t hesitate expect any help from them. And lastly, make sure to get a complete description of any and all repairs that were done and not done. Would not recommend this dealership with anyone who I would consider a friend or family.

They wanted me to make a deal but did not want me to see the truck that I inquired about. They said it was in inspection. They were to pushy on having me sign a deal at 84 months with interest at 7.39. Everyone know this is not a good deal. With a payment of 618 Plus I have a great credit score. And they said they can not help me much because the banks set the interest rates. We all know dealer adds a few points for their own profit. Then they stated they’re number one dealer. I highly do not recommended. If you buy from them you’re better off getting pre qualified with your own credit union in order to get a better deal. They also through small jabs at me saying their deals are what they are and it’s unfortunate for people since some of don’t have the cash to buy and have to finance. This was the manager Daniel which made me laugh because he doesn’t know my actual situation then they waited a week to process my deposit refund. Horrible customer service
