Salesman Aaron was really nice and respectful. He was fully transparent with the pricing and answered all questions we had. We were in and out of the dealership in good time. I would definitely do business again.

The salesman was great getting the paperwork done took forever. It should’ve been ready when I got there. I wasn’t real happy with that. I bought the truck asked him to have everything ready and it still took an hour and a half. I wasn’t really happy with that.

The initial contact from the dealer appears to be AI, and honestly it’s a bit pushy. The AI kept asking me when I wanted to schedule a test drive, so I gave in and set one for a Monday. The AI said I don’t know if we are open because it’s a holiday. I went on the internet and found it was open, and I let the AI know. It apologized and set me an appointment for Monday 10 am. I responded that since I was driving an hour, and taking a teen with me, to schedule for 11 and it said if there were problems a manager would let me know. Well there is the auto mall which has several dealerships, so go there the used cars are out near the bypass 6 min away…no biggie. We get there and the car was sold…the way it was describe it was what I was looking to buy, or at least I thought so. The sales person was very apologetic and it really wasn’t in him so no point in saying much to him. Well a wasted trip, except we went to constitution square and had a great day, we learned a lot about Kentucky.

No one got back with me

I went to buy a cheap car. I brought all of my documents as requested. The finance office offered an older, high mileage, higher priced car than what i originally set out for. $11K+ more than my choice car. Once I saw the amount i was approved for, I looked into other cars roughly in that same price range only to find a better car. The new choice car was 2 years newer with 50k less miles than the car they were so willing to give me. The were willing to let my leave that night after I’d already been approved however the office closed before I could secure my insurance. I was told to come in the a.m. The next day their whole demeanor and explanation shifted. This went on for 4 days. Continuously being told inconclusive information before they began completely obfuscating even when i asked for supporting documentation! Completely wasted my time and money repeatedly to keep switching insurance policies to cars they apparently did not want to sell me, even after an approval. SAD!!!!!!!

Sales person was great, but the rest of the process was long and very burdensome. I was at the dealership almost 5 hours. Should have been ther 2 1/2 - 3 hours tops.
