The salesperson was great

Disappointing sales tactics. The vehicle would be in my driveway now had the sales team not decided to play games and fail to clearly communicate cost up front as well as expected interest rates. We asked for the lowest price they could accept and they did not one time discuss price negotiations until they put a sales breakdown in from of us. Never told us the internet rate we would be looking at, not even a general idea.

Kristy was upfront about the inspection process and how the vehicle that I was looking at did not pass the inspection. Although this may have been more helpful prior to the listing being posted on CarGurus, and apparently state law, it was still highly appreciated and the inquiry did not proceed any further.
