Very reasonable. Just had a trade that would not work for them.

Immediately went to numbers, didn’t even offer a test drive.

Was a clean looking truck on website, so we drove a few hours down to take a look at it. When we showed up I spoke with a manager about truck and he grabbed a young salesmen to go bring truck to front of store so we could take for test drive. Condition of truck was horrendous! nothing like pictures of website. Could smell cigarette smoke from six feet away when he opened the door, the back seat was full of ratchet straps and tools. Cigarette ashes all over seats and council. Absolutely disgusting. This is a listed as a $70,000 truck with 20,000 miles. Salesmen explained the dealership had been using it to transport some cars. I Ask why he would even bring it up here, where we going to sit on the create of straps and tools? Why would this even be listed. They need to take off website, i would not trust this dealership. this truck likely was a repo or major damage not disclosed.

From the first visit the salesman (Todd) was very courteous and helpful. The pickup was in excellent shape as described. He knew I was interested and called to indicate some others were also interested. The buying process was fairly simple and happy how it all went.

Was told that they would look into a possible coolant leak and the next day they said that they weren’t going to and that they were only gonna put coolant in it. They sent me on a test drive with no coolant in it.

It was a good experience.
