The salesman informed me that car guru does not give accurate prices. He said that you have to go to the dealer to get the actual prices and that to get the prices shown on the Internet you have to finance through them and also have a trade-in. when I told him I was preapproved through my bank he said that’s fine that to get the price I have to get approved by their bank and they’ll help me out. when I told him I did not want to hit my credit again. He started talking to me like if I was dumb he ““ said that before negotiating anything, he has to call the boss and if the deal is not worth it, he won’t even bother calling him, take in mind ,no negotiations had taken or took place.

Martin Chevrolet posted a new 2024 Silverado 1500 Work Truck 4 wheel drive on CarGurus with the dealers price $38,190 dollars. When they replied to my inquiry, the actual price for this vehicle was $46,000 dollars. I wanted to believe it was simply an honest mistake however, I found the same listing price on another search site as well. I feel they intentionally posted this vehicle this way and I don’t appreciate misleading advertising.

I didn’t end up buying it because I found another truck that caught my eye but their customer service was really good. I had called other dealers and some didn’t reply back at all.

Sales person (Rene) was real interested in doing a deal, and I was ready to buy, until he found out I was out of state and would have to ship the Corvette. All of a sudden the car wouldn’t be ready for 10 days to sell. Meanwhile they were hoping for someone local to come along and buy the car, which is exactly what happened. Unless you’re local, be careful dealing with this dealership.

The car was listed at just little over $80k at the website I spoke to internet sales she said they can try to do better pricing since they had a slow week so I drove about 30mins drive so I went I told the salesman the situation so he brings the paperwork on the paper work the price is $88k plus another $3k for car paint protector then he told me let me go talk to manager let me see what he says now I heard the manager very loudly screaming on the sales man it’s impossible at that price the car is worth $100k so I just left horrible customer service

They were very helpful and very understanding with my time frame I had to leave by certain time. I came to see a specific car and ended looking at 3 other cars. They were patient and helped me with my car buying process most importantly they worked with my budget. Everything was great!
