Chevrolet dealerships near me (Mabank, TX)

I spoke with Shawn on this vehicle through phone calls and texts. We talked about the vehicle and price of $4995.00. We drove 4 hours (which he knew this) and they had the price $300 more than listed on car gurus. They said that it was not their mistake but would honor it. Then during the paperwork process he quoted the price at $7,700.00. He said that they had to put brakes on it. Hidden fees - this should of been disclosed and saved us a wasted 4 hr trip. I will discourage anyone from doing business with this dishonest dealership.

Orlando was great. Love my new truck. He had it clean and ready to deliver. They even found another rebate and put it on the deal! Drove from Louisiana and I would do it again.

Everything was good we just couldn’t agree on a price they refused to come down on the price. I made 3 offers and basically was laugh at.people just going and paying what they ask as long as they get there payments right even if it’s for 84 months. People are crazy and the dealers are taking advantage of people. One day not long from now the tables will turn.

This place was on the verge of harassment in bad way I spoke to some the night I acquired about a truck and explained i was heading out of town emergency on FAMILY business talk to her when I get back. For 3 day's had told six different salesperson I was taken care of they kept calling me and it was hard trying to take care of family emergency when phone going off left an right plus sales manger try to tell me the person I spoke too was not at that dealership which is odd he didn't know his own people and I even sent him notice I would not be using Pegasus to buy my truck and they still two times today try to sell me a vehicle

Never heard back from the dealership. Advertised a vehicle but never showed a picture of it.

Bait and switch - agreed on sale asking price- sent credit app - sent all docs - truck marked as sold with me ! setup of transport to only be told the truck was sold the night before and the sales representative was not aware of it.
