Great all around!

I dealt with both Jessica Santini and Michael Morales. Jessica was my initial contact with Alderman's. She was very helpful, I had many questions for her to which she provided prompt and helpful answers. My salesman was Michael, he too was very helpful with getting me info concerning the vehicle I was interested in. I should say that I live 2 states away, (6 hour drive) which in itself presented unique issues. It was easier for me to fly in to purchase the truck. I was assured that he would get me from the airport to the dealership, he is a man of his word. This was a smooth transaction, made possible by Michael and Jessica and Alderman's. Very impressed!!

10/10. Short, to the point, no BS. Loved it

Joke of a deal. Showed up with two certified checks, 50k to purchase the truck after being in contact for a week or so. I dealt with Jesse. Truck had 20k miles and only 2 years old. Paint was pealing off the running boards. And the truck had a VIOLENT shake on the interstate doing 55+, not just a slight vibration, along with what felt like a transfer case shudder. No mention of this. And for 50 THOUSAND DOLLARS how do you not do a SAFETY inspection before having someone get checks out of the bank and showing up to purchase the truck.

Price was what was advertised. They answered all of my questions that I had. I decided not to purchase a GMC .

The buying experience was excellent. John and Teddy were prepared and easy going throughout the whole process. It was the quickest car purchase I've ever had.

Salesman John Beshara is the best. Highly recommend.
