The warranty was to go with new buyer did not happen. Car was not vacuumed for pickup after test drive. Was told by Issac the car he'd fill with gas didn't happen . If a person say's something they better Honor it they did not. Will not be doing business again with folks that do not honor there word.

They sold the car in two days before I could get there to see it. They were very nice and straight forward in our conversations. I'm sure the car was nice I just couldn't get there in time.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the experience surrounding our recent purchase of the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab from your dealership. While we were excited about the vehicle and ultimately completed the purchase, the process leading up to and following the transaction was extremely frustrating and fell well below the level of service we expected. The following Thursday we arrived at the dealership at 10:30 AM. We were able to begin the test drive at 11:00 AM and returned with the vehicle around 12:00 PM. After returning, we then waited approximately two hours before receiving any direction on the next steps. Once we signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, it took over 30 minutes for the dealership to initiate the wire transfer process. During this time, we received virtually no communication or customer service. At approximately 4:00 PM, we were informed that dealership policy does not allow vehicles to leave the lot until their bank confirms

!Do not recommend! Tried to sell me a vehicle they knew had issues. Denying it literally kept lieing to me to make a deal. Waste of time take your business elsewhere

Second car I purchased it from them they are 450 mi from where I live but they have had the best price by far both times
