We went there for this particular truck was assured that it was there and then we got there they said oh sorry it's not there anymore it had to pass inspection then they tried to upsell me on a $25,000 car which I could not do and they were very pushy

Given my recent experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I saw their pictures that they uploaded and everything seemed fine but once I got there, there was a dent in the car that wasn’t disclosed or shown on the pictures. It didn’t bother me enough though so I bought the car. They said they had checked everything and the car was in perfect condition. Less than 24 hours later, I noticed a transmission leak. They helped which was good but once it was getting fixed there was no communication whatsoever. I had to keep calling just to get an update on the car. They never called me. They gave me several dates that the car would be ready but every time it would be the date, they said they found something else that was wrong with the car or needing to order more parts. I even tried calling my service advisor multiple times and she never called back. The only time I spoke to her was when my car was ready and it was in the shop for 2 weeks. I personally wouldn’t buy another car here.

Was great keep up the communication

For 5 hours they kept us in this dealership trying to sell us a car that we were told prior we could test drive, when in reality the interior was covered in filth and worst of all (which we didnt learn until the very end) the car was never to be sold as the transmission was broken. So we spent 5 hours with a salesman who treated us like idiots and kept trying to blatantly upcharge us on the car price, when the entire time they were quite literally trying to sell us a junk car. I have no clue how they are licensed, they even put on CarGurus that the car was SOLD after I came to the dealership, when in reality I know that that car was not sold to anyone.
