Prompt response and friendly customer service

The dealership has a very hard time disclosing the out of the door price. Keep insisting that you "visit the dealership". Why? Answer is easy. All prices advertised are pre "mark up". There are fee and documentation charges and that $30,000 listing becomes $33,000 and then add the sales tax and suddenly the price is $35,000+. If it is clearly disclosed upfront, a lot of people won't show up :)

Personally, this is the first time in the 8 years I've been in the US that I've been treated with respect, sincerity, and honesty. Thank you for your service from afar.

The Staff was Great! Gorsen, the Sales Person, and Mike, the Manager, were Terrific! Knowledgeable, Engaging, Straightforward and Comfortable to work with.

Process was clean, communication clear and Dylan Ramos was a professional. Great job, no pressure sales, courteous. Would do business with them again.
