I did appreciate the sales person however the dealer manager seemed snotty. Also I set an appt up for the next day to go back with my son and then they text me that afternoon and said they sold it.

They are very responsive, professional and transparent about their process. If I wasn’t 3 hrs away, they would be my go to dealership for everything . They are absolutely worth checking out. You won’t regret it.

I was there for a short time and the person I have been communicating with and she referred me to an inexperienced sales person. He was communicating with the other salesperson and he couldn't be bothered. The salesperson showed me vehicles I was not interested in so not only turned me off and no special offers was discussed so I am keeping my very dependable vehicle and look elsewhere.

My Hartford dealership experience raised several red flags. I scheduled a test drive and received confirmation, but only after arriving was I told they normally don't allow Corvette test drives. They also wouldn't allow an outside independent PPI, although they did let me inspect the car on their lift. I requested a cold start and inspected underneath. I found peeling/damage on a wheel and significant residue around the rear shocks suggesting possible leakage. When I pointed it out, their mechanic said, “I just changed those shocks,” which raised additional concerns. The tires were also very old—an important safety issue on a 460-hp Corvette. They eventually allowed a short test drive but wouldn't allow highway speeds, so I couldn't properly check for vibration. Despite these issues, I was still willing to negotiate. Only afterward was I told the advertised price was non-negotiable. I made a reasonable offer considering the tires, wheel, and suspension concerns; they declined, I walked

Terrible experience with the dealership, the sales rep tried to convince me the car had $47k worth of options because she was unaware that the car was originally sold in Canada. The sales manager will never call you back and they will just keep texting you the same prompt endlessly. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

My experience at Diamond Auto Group was very easy. There was a little wait time but overall the staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was in excellent condition and they made the whole process very easy. I definitely recommend them.
