I think the only thing I didn't like was I was told the truck was going to be delivered on the flatbed truck and they drove it to me instead other than that it was the greatest experience

Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Waiting time was not bad even though they had some computer problems. Mr Seller, the sales man was very patient and nice

I did not end up buying the vehicle from the dealership. However, they were delightful people and maintained consistent, timely, and helpful communication. Good folks.

I've never seen a Chevy dealer with as many issues as Scenic Chevrolet. I made an appointment to see this vehicle in the late afternoon. I had allowed my credit report to be pulled prior to the visit. An hour after I arrived I was told the vehicle could not be sold. It needed a leveling kit apparently and would be sent to auction. I didn't even get an apology from management, not the slightest care in the world for wasting my time and dinging my credit report for nothing. I've worked at 3 dealers myself, sold hundreds of cars, no manager I've ever had would let a buyer walk out without at least saying hello. After several "experiences" with their service department and now this I wouldn't buy a set of floor mats from Scenic Chevrolet.
