Chevrolet dealerships near me (Franklin, KY)

Dealer was very accommodating.

I had an appointment to test drive the truck at 10am on Friday 12/12/25. After driving one hour to the dealership I was was told the truck sold Thursday evening. I never received a call canceling the test drive. Additional training on customer service would be a great idea to consider here.

Easy going dealership without the usual hassles. I was very impressed.

I told them what I wanted they took my information called me back with some numbers I told them where I needed to be at they said if I can get it done today would I buy the truck I said yes they called me back 20 minutes later I was signing paperwork I was only there about hour and half was the fastest I’ve ever bought a car at car lot they are great work fast not to waste your time everyone was nice helpful in getting it done would definitely buy from them again

Would not even consider a down payment.... "first come first serve". If you're doing business that way, you shouldn't post on the internet, because out of state customers wouldn't have a chance to purchase!
