Found a Jeep Grand Cherokee on line that my wife was interested in but the dealership was a 90 minute ride away. After sending an availability request I spoke with Logan Rullo. I requested that he take more photos since I was traveling a good distance and didn’t want any surprises when we arrived.it was his day off but still went in that afternoon and sent me the photos I requested. He even highlighted a small interior defect to ensure I was aware of it before booking a test drive. This impressed us so we booked a test drive. Upon arrival we dealt with Logan and Steve Zipkon. They were great. Very attentive and respectful based on what I had communicated to Logan as to my expectations for him to earn our business. The vehicle was for my wife and she was so impressed with the car and staff that she elected to purchase the vehicle after test driving it. Great customer service. I will reach out to them first when I start looking for another vehicle in the future.

Sleezy sales tactics Test drove, liked car, had it inspected. Mechanic tells me brakes aren’t needed immediately but only about 20% left. Since the car was otherwise good, decided to make an offer. After useless haggling about the brakes I got them down to $700 off asking . Was financing about 13k (i thought). I accept $700 off offer, tell them to only use 3 lenders (I have a high credit score ). They send it to a local bank, I assume one who pays them well, and never tell me the results or disclose a rate. Rob states he isn’t privy to rayes, but mentions in person this was the cheapest. They rush me through the process, and I get a text stating he’s on the way to deliver my new car. Oh... Gets here, and not only is there no $700 discount but they added more fees than originally mentioned and an insane interest rate on a 3 years note. Until he showed up in my driveway, I had zero info on the purchase. Let that sink in.

I reached out about a truck I was seriously interested in purchasing and was ready to put money down immediately. I was told by the salesman that they “wouldn’t take a deposit” and the truck was pending inspection. Odd considering the vehicle was already listed for sale before it even passed inspection. I followed up multiple times over the next couple of days and kept being told someone would call me back so we could move forward. No one ever did. I finally had to call again myself, only to be told the truck had already been sold and that someone else had put a deposit down on Tuesday. That’s the part that really bothered me — because when I spoke to them Tuesday, I was specifically told the truck was still available and that they could not accept a deposit from me. Apparently they could for someone else. The communication was terrible, the information kept changing, and the whole experience felt dishonest and unprofessional.

Very attentive and professional. Didn't push to get me in but kept me in the loop as the vehicle was getting popular. Time restraints on my part prevented me from getting upto the dealership.

Overall good. The staff were easy to work with and test drive was good. Negotiation was as you would expect but overall satisfied with my experience and purchase. Took a while longer than expected to get paperwork done but it was a Saturday. Would recommend this dealership.
