They sent me a laughing emoji when I asked about financing a truck after 4 different salesperson harassing me to fill out application after I said I couldn't get financing and they continued to contact me

The dealership offered a 2026 Silverado at a very competitive price that included dealer, financing and GM discounts. When presented the final offer, I noticed there was roughly $4000 worth of dealer cost on the final purchase agreement. I didn't request nor want those add-ons. The dealer add-ons could not be removed and essential negated the initial discounts that attracted me to Kearny Mesa Chevrolet. Although the sales person was great, I decided not to purchase the vehicle.

Oswaldo was amazing and very transparent with the process and price. He was able to email me to price before we drove 2.5 hours out there. Not many dealers would do that for me so that had me sold. Great dealer and highly recommend!

They didn't keep in contact and because I was out of town ignored me til the car was gone then wanted to sell me a more expensive one, telling me they would work the numbers and get back to me. Never heard from them.

Although I was initially interested in a used Tesla, Jose' worked with me and I purchased a 2025 E Chevy Blazer. Excellent service all the way around!
