I believe the dealer was very helpful and eager to solve any issues. So we both will be satisfied. Always answer in questions and asking if I had any other questions. The car was very clean and ready to be test drive. Also, the rest of the staff helped, and I believe went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before I left the chevy dealer.

If I could give it a zero I would. We were in contact with someone by email, with what we were looking for, our trade in, explained we had $0 to put down. After answering questions that we were asked, they stopped responding

Staff was very helpful and provided all the information I requested in a very timely manner. The truck was not exactly what I wanted and I did not purchase it.

Online it’s said the car was certified pre owned. Once they shows us the numbers it turns out it was certified ELIGIBLE! $2500 for the cert… shady tactics

Kyle was very informative and patient with my wife and I. However the finance manager decided to play stupid when I pointed out the fresh dent in the tailgate of the $30,000 Dodge 1500. He offered me $500 so I can "get one from a salvage yard." Then ignoring the fact that I felt the damaged Dodge 1500 was overpriced, decided to offer me the Dodge 1500 rebel for $35,000 instead. Not listening to customers is a really good way to lose them and in this case they did. I hope Kyle finds a better dealership that values it's customers better. BTW. I purchased the same dodge 1500 in Budd lake NJ with no damage, similar mileage and for around $9k less

I bought it, the next day there was bad battery, the dealer never told me about it
