They told me the car was in perfect condition apart from a cracked mirror which they would replace before purchasing. I ran my own codes on it and had issues come up with the airbag sensors and the wheel speed sensors, which triggered an error with the transmission as well. I told him I would purchase the car if they were willing to come down $1000 in price. They were not willing to. They gave me the option to buy $1000 cheaper but they would not fix the issues with the car. I refused that offer and walked off the lot. They were very and flexible with pricing, especially with a car coming in less than perfect condition. Also, be prepared, they came along for the test drive.

Even though we didn't buy from here, they do have a nice staff and showroom. Not pushy at all.

Overall it turned out to be a good experience. There was some confusion about where the truck was as it had been moved from the Greencastle lot, but they tracked it down and got it back to their lot. The 2022 Ford Ranger was just as they described and working with Alex and Erica was a great experience. Highly recommend

Yet another dealership with a false advertisement of price. Listed price says includes all fees but they send me a buyers order $1600 higher than advertised price. Tried explaining to them but they just tried to justify the dishonest tactics.

I was told that the finance department was going to reach out to me shortly so I took the time out to unfreeze my credit reports just to wait around for hours and no contact from their finance department.

It was ok
