From the very start I was welcomed and treated with the utmost respect and attentiveness. I was shown the car I wanted and through negotiations and respect I bought the 2023 Chevy Tahoe High Country. I drove from Oklahoma City to Broken Arrow to examine the SUV and was given a fair price for my trade-in. Jim Norton is a very good dealership with this being my first dealings with them. The salesman and manager answered all of my questions with, I feel, an honest attitude and I felt trustworthy of their words. We met in the middle for a conclution of me buying the car I have been searching for. Trust them, I did and it was so nice to deal with an honest dealership like Jim Norton Chevrolet. I haven't been to the dealership yet so far we've inky communic asted by text.

I was contacted by Joe who was helpful at first. After I filled out the credit application Joe called me to let me know that the renegade did not pass the shop test and he WOULD NOT be selling this vehicle. He sent me a link for their website to see if I would be interested in anything else thry had. Their other vehicles were out of my price range. So I declined. A couple of days later I received an email from them asking if I would be interested in another Renegade which after examining the VIN on that renegade, it was the exact same vehicle that Joe previously told me they would not be selling.

Hard to explain. I was very interested. Their response to my questions was both odd and condescending. They kept calling after I told them I was no longer interested in doing business with them.

Straight forward buying process. Wasn't pressured at all like other dealerships. Dom, my salesman, always answered my question as best and quickly as possible. I'll definitely be looking here for my next vehicle.
