My wife and I called about a car to make sure it was still on the lot. The salesman assured her it was so she drove an hour with cash in hand just to to be told they made a mistake and the car had already been sold. They he proceeded to attempt to sale her a similar car for 5K more. Seems to be a dishonest tactic to get people on the lot.

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle the communication was top notch.

I will never buy another car there, I got a block away from the dealership and it started overheating, it cost me more to repair then the price of the car. 5100.00. You need to inform your customers about what is wrong with the vehicle.

Contacted Amy who texted back to say she needed an accurate account of when I would be there as I had already stated I would be there Thursday at 5:30. She never responded back. Kind of “shirt” with me in her reply

Just didn't have time to make it there to purchase. But was patient and helpful when asking questions over the phone.

Applied for financing. Got a call the next day said I was approved and they were adding stuff to the vehicle before I even looked at it. I feel I was tricked into buying stuff for a car I didn't even own yet.
