Louis and the management at Jupiter were very helpful and considerate. Louis helped us figure out our issues with entertainment console. Jupiter Chev. has enough departments to cover every aspect of auto repair, body work, etc. We'd certainly return to them for future automobile purchases.

Had appt 830 am last week went in and car was not there . Talked to salesman and he looked up car and said it's not on list. I let 45 mins later call me and asked if I wanted to see it . Ended up driving it Bruce was dishonest about the car having check engine problems . Tried to overlook issues with the car . . This dealership is a joke . Friend I have drove from fort Worth to appt with them over in McKinney to tell her they sold it don't waste ur time with this dealership

I have communicated with 6 different people at the dealership and all 6 people have given me a different price for the Jeep. Bad communication and unable to make a deal.

Terrible. Never saw vehicle. Went by did paper work then was told the car needed the windshield replaced and was not there. Sales lady contacted me the next day to look at it that evening but I was at work so I scheduled to look at it the next morning. Car was still getting window replaced so im not sure why she even called. Not a honest dealership.

I decided to go with a different car at a different dealership but the staff at this location were amazing ! I appreciate all their help in my car buying process !

They sold the vehicle I drove 6 hours to buy. I called twice to let them know I was on my way, not sure when they sold it, but not one time did they say they sold it. Then they tried selling my other vehicles, like I didn’t specifically look for a certain vehicle.
