SRT has been great for the purchase and getting the issues resolved when they come up. I also purchases a warranty which I haven't really used and I hope I don't have to but the partner where you have to take the vehicle initially did not seem like they were handling the issue before the purchase was final. The staff was friendly but the vibe was like uncaring in the issues. I had to get an issue fixed prior to inspection that SRT was paying for and it was a hassle and the part was delayed however SRT got the part for me same day and I had to take it to the shop for it to get fixed. SRT is great to buy from just be wary of the shop and ask for paperwork or proof of fixing the issue. The front desk was great and knew my name as I had been there multiple times before the issue was fixed. Melissa was trying to help me as best she could since she was not the mechanic. She was great and professional. I ask for her if I call.

My experience was really bad with my sales men at the beginning it started of good until we talked about the price and we agreed on one and in a matter of 3 min while am about to sign the paper for the car he comes with a different price after being rude to me telling either buy it today for that price or no more and when I accepted the price and was about to sign the paper he changes his mind after he told me yes and confirmed, tires were 5 years old yet telling me nice tires

Worst dealership I have ever been to do not waste your time here unprofessional in every aspect they lied saying they would finance me then blew me off and told me to take out a loan and they only tend to cash buyers. Customer service was horrible
