Great information and responsiveness

Sales associate was polite and helpful. Sales manager was inflexible, argumentative, tried showing inaccurate NADA information and became stubborn and defensive when actual NADA and KBB saved pages were shown to him. Car had some unlisted damage/flaws that could have been discussed but the impression was that the dealer was hoping they would not be noticed. Overall, about what one assumes from a used car dealer.

They were great. The car smelled like smoke, so we didn't put in an offer. They were great and would go back if we needed another car.

Great experience. Bought a 2014 Audi A4 there. Car was as advertised. Perfect condition. Garen the owner was kind and helpful. Sold, titled, registered at Lowell DMV and inspected a mile away. Look forward to buying another car there some day. Best luck all!
