Horrible dealership! Horrible service! Stay away from that Randy Kennedy. He is NOT to be trusted. We bought a 2015 Ford Focus from him some time ago and it had an extremely severe damage under the front engine that he NEVER disclosed to us. I called him about it and he flatly ignored my calls. Worst part, he would even lie and deny the “FACT”! I am 100% sure he would still deny even to this day, October 14, 2026, and fight his way out of the mess he caused me and my family! Stay away from that Randy Kennedy and Southern Motors by any and all means. Randy Kennedy is a typical classic “Car Salesman Of The Century”! He did not even remember me when we started exchanging texts about the above MB 350. His texts to me remained totally disrespectful after what he has done! I really do not understand how people like Randy Kennedy ever exist on our good planet Earth. Stay away from Randy Kennedy and Southern Motors of North Charleston, South Carolina. Randy Kennedy is NOT to be trusted!

I e-mailed with Ethan Bernstein, decent guy who was upfront. Because of an accident with serious damage, I told him it was overpriced. He said that "we're going to send it to auction," and I countered with just bring the price down and you'll be able to sell it retail. I got no response until your notice today that they've lowered the price. Too late for me because I've purchased a Fit. Ethan was OK, but the used car mgr is not a good decision maker.

Great experience at this dealer!

The salesperson reached out to me was adding the starling package to the price . The additional price for 2500 more . Was suppose to reach out to me the next day . Never heard back from him or anyone else.

Quick response and they answered all my questions. Highly recommend this dealership.

Great
